reeFreesh.com offers free shipping across India on all orders.

All purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses from various locations across India. We do not ship to any other country at the moment. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within a reasonable period varying from 7 - 15 days from receipt of order and completion of successful payment. The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability and other factors that may influence it.

Goods received need to be acknowledged upon delivery at the given address. We take no responsibility for the acknowledgment given by any alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address mentioned while placing the order.

Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for damage of products once the products have been delivered.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within a day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store or write to us at reefreeshonline@gmail.com.

You can track your order with/without logging into your account on reeFreesh.com. You can also, click on Track Order to track your order by using the details that is given in your shipment confirmation mail.

If you feel packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Write to us at reefreeshonline@gmail.com with your order number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

If the shipment arrived in your destination and there is no response from you ,then your shipment will be returned back to the origin destination. In this case, we will only refund you the product cost. Shipping charges will be non refundable.

Canceling your order for any personal reason, in that case:

If the shipment has been created/processed : Partial shipping fees will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded.

If the shipment has not been created/ processed by the seller: Full refund will be processed.

All our product(s) is carefully handled and ensured that each shipment is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our premises. However if you receive a faulty/damaged product(s), then we request you to contact us and we will sort it as quickly as possible.

The 3-days return / exchange policy of reeFreesh.com gives the customer an option to return / exchange products purchased on our website for any reason within 3 days of receipt. However, all claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within a day of delivery through the contact us page on the website with proper package opening video.

reeFreesh.com does not accept returns of product(s) that is subjected to destructive conditions. We does not accept returns of product(s) that is:

Worn.

Laundered.

Tags removed.

Smell of body odor/perfume.

Lotion/body glitter on them.

Soiled/stained.

Not returned in original packaging.

Clearance sale product(s) is non exchangeable. This means you cannot return a clearance product(s) due to dislike/quality/sizing/color. It is a final Sale.

Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.

Due to intimate nature of the products - panties, swimwear, lingerie accessories, masks, all types of shape wear and shorties or an opened box of a multi-piece set that includes panties cannot be returned.

Exchanges are possible for an alternate color or size. This is subject to availability and a refund will be processed if we aren’t able to fulfill your exchange request.

Exchange of product(s) is entertained only once. Exchange orders are not eligible for return or refund.

Also, enclose all gift items or any other free gift items (such as bra-straps/camisoles/ cosmetics/Panties/ additional bras etc) you received with your order under various promotions.

Refund: After we receive the returned product, we will do a quality check and once product passes the quality check, we will credit the amount in your desired mode of payment within 3-7 working days.

Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at reefreeshonline@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items : Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges : The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
